Practical answers

Q1What do architects charge in Kathmandu?+

We publish our per-sq.ft fees above. For a typical 2,500 sq.ft home, design-to-handover lands near Rs. 3.5 lakh.

Q2Do you handle naksha pass?+

Yes — drawings, municipality filings and follow-ups are included in every package.

Q3Can you work with our contractor?+

Happily. We tender fairly, supervise fortnightly and hold the snag list till close.

Q4Do you take projects outside the Valley?+

Pokhara and Chitwan yes, with monthly site camps. Further afield on request.
