Q1What do architects charge in Kathmandu?
We publish our per-sq.ft fees above. For a typical 2,500 sq.ft home, design-to-handover lands near Rs. 3.5 lakh.
Q2Do you handle naksha pass?
Yes — drawings, municipality filings and follow-ups are included in every package.
Q3Can you work with our contractor?
Happily. We tender fairly, supervise fortnightly and hold the snag list till close.
Q4Do you take projects outside the Valley?
Pokhara and Chitwan yes, with monthly site camps. Further afield on request.
