Drawn as the filing runs

  1. §1

    File reading

You bring everything, tabbed or not. We read it out before promising anything.

  2. §2

    Opinion in writing

A one-page opinion: merits, costs, and what we would sign our name to.

  3. §3

    Settlement first

We negotiate before we litigate — most files close here, cheaper.

  4. §4

    Representation

Where court is needed, you get date sheets and plain-language updates.

Former labour-office clerk — knows which desk eats which file on which day.

⚖

Aayush

Advocate · corporate

Drafts contracts that account for in-law interference. Drafts them well.

Asked at the door

Before you bring the papers

What does the first consultation cost?+

Nothing. The first half-hour at the chamber is free — we only take the file if we would argue it ourselves.

Will you guarantee the outcome?+

No honest advocate can. We will, however, put our assessment of merit and cost in writing before you decide.

How long do partitions take?+

Uncontested partitions settle in 4–8 months; contested boundary disputes have run two years. We tell you which you have.

Do you handle cases outside Kathmandu?+

Yes — district courts within the valley by attendance, outside by our network counsel under our supervision.
