Splash yes, swimming no. One immersion event is assessed at the desk; two becomes a trade-in conversation.
What happens to my files during repair?
You keep the drive, or we clone it with written permission to the backup shelf — never both machines on the same bench.
Can the plan move to a new machine?
Once a year, yes — the old serial is struck and the new one printed on the same card at the desk.
Can trade-in money become EMI down payment?
Same hour, yes. The appraisal slip converts to down payment at the desk with this week's rates, not last month's.
